Uniprim Powder for Horses (Trimethoprim and Sulfadiazine)

Available in 200gm, 400gm, and 1,200 gm jars.

Uniprim consists of a combination of sulfadiazine and trimethoprim. It is primarily used in horses to combat various bacterial infections. These infections can range from surface wounds and sores to respiratory tract infections and abscesses. Uniprim is effective in treating a variety of bacterial ailments such as acute strangles, acute urogenital infections, wound infections, abscesses, and other similar conditions commonly found in horses.

Dosage:
The recommended dosage is 2 scoops (37.5gm) of Uniprim per 1100 lbs body weight once daily. The adjusted dose is 1 tsp per 100lbs. Administer orally in a small amount of palatable feed. Continue treatment for 5-10 days.
