Shipping & Return Policies:
All in-stock orders will be shipped same-day on Monday through Friday when placed before 1:00 PM CST
Temperature Sensitive Items (Vaccines and Other Refrigerated Items)
All vaccine products that require refrigeration will be packed with ice. We ship vaccines to spend as little time en route as possible. For this reason, we may hold cooled orders to ship on a Monday to guarantee vaccines are delivered as timely as possible. We recommend ordering temperature sensitive items as early in the week as possible to assure delivery before the weekend. All orders are shipped Ground unless otherwise specified. Any vaccine orders that require more than three days delivery time should be shipped via a faster service.
Shipping Fee:
Qualified orders over $250 ship free. Orders that weigh over ten pounds do not qualify for shipping nor do orders containing FOB items or those shipped outside the 48 contiguous states. Hazard fees are not waived for orders with free shipping. Orders under $250 that do not qualify for free shipping will ship for $12.95 unless the order exceeds 10 pounds, contains FOB items or Hazard Fees.
Orders damaged during shipping must be reported within two days of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced at no charge. Returns are allowed up to 30 days after a product is delivered but buyer must pay shipping on the returned item. After 30 days we will accept returned items with a 15% re-stocking fee. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within 5 days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
Shipping outside the United States: We do not guarantee shipping times outside of the U.S. Be advised that packages may be required to go through Customs, thus delaying shipping. JRG cannot guarantee cooled or liquid products will be shipped quickly enough to minimize exposure to high or freezing temperatures. Please understand the risks associated with shipping these products outside the 48 contiguous states and plan accordingly. Contact JRG customer service at 800-354-7433 for additional information or to make special shipping requests.

Estimating Delivery Time: Do not count the day you place your order as a shipping day. For example, if your delivery time is two days and you place your order on a Wednesday, it will be there on Friday. Most delivery services do not deliver on Saturdays. For this reason, only count BUSINESS DAYS when estimating your order's delivery time. We DO NOT ship on weekends. Any orders placed after 1:00 PM CST on Friday will be shipped on the next business day. Do not count national holidays as shipping or transit days.
About Shipping Statuses:
When you place an order its status is set to AWAITING FULFILLMENT. When your order has been retrieved from the website and enters processing, the status is changed to AWAITING SHIPMENT. Most orders will ship within 24 hours of the time they enter AWAITING SHIPMENT. Please note: We DO NOT ship on Saturdays. Only count business days when estimating package arrival time. When your package leaves our warehouse your order status is changed to SHIPPED.
Dr. Rebecca Cox
Dr. Becky grew up on a dairy farm in SW MN. She has been an animal nut all her life and always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. After completing her DVM degree from Iowa State University in 2000, she has gained experience in small animal, large animal and wildlife medicine through private practice and employment at a research facility.
Most recently she has completed certification in Peaceful Euthanasia.
Dr. Becky and her husband Joe own and operate the Doggie Dude Ranch near Ames, focusing on dog boarding, small animal and equine reproductive medicine.
In her spare time Dr. Becky enjoys spending time with her family, husband Joe and daughters Abby and Rachel. She enjoys trail riding, travel, gardening, and raising miniature and toy Australian Shepherds.
