ReCovr Injection is intended for the treatment of horses and cattle in conditions where antihistamine therapy is expected to alleviate certain disease symptoms. This injectable solution, containing 20 mg/ml of Tripelennamine hydrochloride, is specifically formulated to address the needs of equine and bovine health.

For horses, ReCovr Injection is administered intramuscularly at a dosage of 0.5 mg per pound of body weight (equivalent to 2.5 mL for every 100 pounds of body weight). This dosage can be repeated every 6-12 hours if required.

For cattle, ReCovr Injection can be administered either intravenously or intramuscularly at the same dosage as for horses, with the option to repeat the dosage every 6-12 hours if needed. The intravenous route may offer a quicker onset of action.
