Available in 100, 250, & 500mL bottles.

Bimeda Macrosyn, featuring 100mg of tulathromycin per 1mL (comnpairing to the name brand Draxxin), is an injectable solution designed for cattle and pigs, functioning as a versatile antibiotic with a broad spectrum of activity. Upon administration, it undergoes rapid absorption and distribution throughout the body tissues.

In cattle, Macrosyn is employed for the treatment and control of bovine respiratory disease (BRD) arising from Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Haemophilus somnus, and Mycoplasma bovis. It is also effective against foot rot caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum and Porphyromonas levii, as well as pinkeye resulting from Moraxella bovis.

For swine, Macrosyn is indicated for treating and controlling swine respiratory disease (SRD) caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. It is also effective in addressing SRD associated with Bordetella bronchiseptica and Haemophilus parasuis pathogens.

Macrosyn stands out as a single, low-volume dose antibiotic, offering broad-spectrum coverage to address the major causes of BRD in cattle and SRD in swine. Its highly syringeable nature makes it easy to draw up and administer, even in challenging weather conditions.
