Dr. Rebecca Cox
Dr. Becky grew up on a dairy farm in SW MN. She has been an animal nut all her life and always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. She used to skip meals to be able to watch the vet treat cows on the family farm. After completing her DVM degree from Iowa State University in 2000, she has gained experience in small animal, large animal and wildlife medicine through private practice and employment at a research facility. Most recently she has completed certification in Peaceful Euthanasia. Dr. Becky and her husband Joe own and operate the Doggie Dude Ranch near Ames, focusing on dog boarding, small animal and equine reproductive medicine. In her spare time Dr. Becky enjoys spending time with her family, husband Joe and daughters Abby and Rachel. She enjoys trail riding, travel, gardening, and raising miniature and toy Australian Shepherds.
Carley Eslick
A farmer’s wife, animal lover, and proud mom to one little girl. Raised on a farm, she grew up helping her dad work cattle and developed a lifelong love for animals and farm life.
She and her family keep busy with 2 dogs, 2 cats, and more horses than she can count. When she’s not working, you’ll usually find her horseback riding or enjoying time with her pups.
Carley has been with JRG Supply since 2015 and serves as Assistant Manager. You can often find her in the veterinary clinic or in the office working on marketing materials, accounting, and a variety of day-to-day tasks that help keep everything running smoothly.
Lisa Compart
Lisa has been a valued member of the JRG team since 2004. She is a proud mom of two boys who keep her busy with sports and 4H projects.
Raised with a love for animals, Lisa has cared for everything from guinea pigs, chickens, sheep, pigs, rabbits, goats, horses, and more. She attended grooming school at Kirkwood, building a strong foundation in animal care and hands-on experience.
Over the years, Lisa has served in multiple roles including veterinary assistant, dog groomer, and shipping specialist. Today, she works as our Inventory & Purchasing Manager, overseeing ordering and inventory while keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
With years of experience and a strong work ethic, Lisa can always be found helping customers with a smile and making sure everything is taken care of.
Mike Halligan
Mike has been a key part of the JRG team since 2013. He serves as Manager, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the entire store. A true hands-on leader, there’s not much you won’t find him involved in.
Outside of work, Mike raises cattle and farms row crops, keeping him closely connected to agriculture in his own operation. He’s a dad to three girls who keep life busy and full. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and any kind of outdoor adventure.
Mike brings years of experience in the animal health industry, with a strong, practical understanding of livestock care and products. His product knowledge is trusted and reliable, making him a go-to resource for both customers and the team when it comes to animal health solutions. His wide range of experience and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him a steady presence throughout the business.
Nicki Klindt
Nicki has been a valued member of the JRG team since 2021, working in both shipping and customer service. She plays an important role in making sure orders are processed and shipped smoothly, and she’s always ready to help customers track down a package or answer questions along the way. Her helpful attitude and attention to detail make her a dependable part of the team.
Around the office, Nicki is known for her friendly sense of humor and the occasional lighthearted prank. She’s always up for a good laugh and helps keep the workplace fun and upbeat.
Outside of work, Nicki enjoys crafting and spending time with her family. Their dog, Chance, is a beloved member of the household and tends to run the show at home. Nicki also loves spending time with her niece and making the most of family time whenever she can.
LaMona Foth
LaMona has been a dedicated member of the JRG team for over 25 years. With decades of experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the products we carry and is always ready to share that knowledge to help customers find what they need.
Working in sales, LaMona takes pride in providing helpful, friendly service and building strong relationships with the customers she assists each day. Her experience and steady presence make her a valued part of our team.
Outside of work, LaMona enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her dog, Harper. If you know LaMona, chances are you’ve also met Harper, who is rarely far from her side.
Heidi Will
Heidi has been a valued member of the JRG team since 2023, where she handles all things billing, including accounts payable and receivable. She is known for her strong work ethic, staying on task and keeping everything organized so nothing falls behind.
With an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor, Heidi brings energy and laughter to the workplace. She’s also become the go-to “do-it-all” in the store, often jumping in to help with IT needs and wearing whatever hat is needed to get the job done.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s riding side-by-sides with her husband, cheering from the bleachers at her kids’ sports events, or attending craft shows with friends. She brings that same balance of hard work and fun into everything she does.
Peyton Lenz
Peyton has been a dedicated member of the JRG team since 2023 serving as our veterinary assistant. She has spent countless hours supporting our veterinarians in providing quality care to animals of all shapes and sizes. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude make her someone the team can always count on! She never says no to a task and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.
Nothing seems to faze Peyton, not even the toughest or messiest jobs. From busy clinic days to the less glamorous side of animal care, she handles it all without hesitation, proving that no challenge gets in her way.
Known for her kind nature and sense of humor, Peyton is loved by both her coworkers and customers. Any lighthearted prank is sure to make her blush, but she takes it all in stride and keeps the day fun for everyone around her.
Outside of work, Peyton enjoys spending time at county fairs and helping her sisters with their fair projects.
Brenda Calmer
Brenda joined the JRG team this year and has quickly become a friendly, familiar face at the front counter. She helps keep the storefront looking fresh and welcoming, and you can always count on her to greet customers with a smile.
For Brenda, JRG is more than just a job - it’s a home away from home and a welcome break from farm life. She enjoys the change of pace and the people she gets to meet each day.
She is naturally crafty and enjoys spending time with her children whenever she can. She and her husband raise cattle and manage a row crop farm. Even with a long to-do list waiting at home, Brenda can often be found “slacking off” for a few minutes to love on her baby calves.
Her warm personality has been welcomed by all!
Abby Halligan
Abby Halligan has been part of the JRG team since 2023, helping in both our Fort Dodge and Stratford locations. She is a key player in keeping things running smoothly wherever she’s needed—working the front counter, answering phones, assisting in the warehouse, and helping keep Bruce in line at Stratford.
Abby is also an equine expert with a lifelong love of animals. She grew up raising cattle with her family and currently has dogs, cats, and horses of her own.
She attends college in Marshall, Missouri, where she participates in college rodeo. During school breaks, you can find her back at JRG lending a helping hand wherever needed. Her flexibility, strong work ethic, and animal knowledge make her a valuable part of the team.
Baileigh Elmore
Baileigh has been part of the JRG team since 2024, working in both our Stratford and Fort Dodge locations. You’ll often find her behind the register, greeting customers with a smile and providing friendly, dependable service.
She is known for being reliable, flexible, and responsible; someone you can always count on to show up, stay on task, and help wherever she’s needed. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make her a great fit across the store.
Outside of work, Baileigh enjoys going to concerts with her boyfriend, spending time with her many pets—including dogs, cats, horses, and even a ferret—and making memories with her family.
